Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Whole Wheat Banana Bread
Prep: 5 minutes                               Cook time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:

½ Cups extra virgin Olive Oil
½ Cup Raw honey
2 Eggs
1 Cup mash bananas (I use 3 medium bananas)
¼ Cup of water
1 Tsp. Baking soda
¼ tsp. Baking powder
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ Tsp. Salt
½ Tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 Tsp. ground Nutmeg
1 ¾ Cup whole wheat flour

If decide you can add chopped walnuts


Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325 and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
Add all the wet ingredients into a medium side bowl, blend well. Set aside.  Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Make a whole in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour wet ingredients all at once. Slowly fold in, bringing the dry ingredients into the center. Once all blended place into oiled pan or non-stick bread loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Insert a tooth pick into the middle of one of the banana bread, if it comes out clean, they are done!

Notes:
If you decide to make muffins, grease a 24 muffin pan and pour 1/3 cup of the banana batter into muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Always, check insert a tooth pick into the middle of one of the muffins, if it comes out clean, they are done!
