3-     Drink more water- by reducing soda, alcohol and coffee with water, you can cut a significant number of calories. Many people can loss more than 10lb by replacing soda with water. Be aware of alcoholic beverages, a jumbo margarita contains about 700 calories. Try drinking water before a meal. The water helps break down the food more effectively.
4-     Make your own meals. Restaurant food generally has more salt, fat and ore calories and is serve in larger portions than food cooked at home. When you make your own meals, you can control the amount of salt and oil, as well as portion sizes. If you eat out try splitting the dish, with a love one!
5-     Reduce your level of stress. Many people over eat when they are stress out, the stuffed felling makes them feel comfortable and helps them relax. Instead, try taking a a hot bath or go for a walk. Try slowing down breading and enjoying each meal. Take a moment and show gratitude for your meal.
6-     Keep moving. Start with small changes like parking your car farther away from the main entrance to the building you are going in to. Take the stairs when is possible. Instead of meeting a friend for coffee meet them for a walk.
7-     Keep track. Keep a food journal or use a free weight-loss app on your smart phone, find a method that will keep you motivated and help you track your progress.
8-     Be a food detective. Read labels and don’t eat anything that you can’t pronounce. Stick to simple, whole food that will nourish your body.
9-     Identify your temptations food. You know whether they are salty or sweet, fried or creamy, you know that if they are within reach, you will want them. Do not keep this food in your home or office, and get support from your family and friends with these foods.
10-  Take a multivitamin. Everyone can benefit from well-rounded nutrients. Some evidence suggests that by adding specific high-quality nutrients to a well-balance diet, you can improve your metabolism and many enzyme processes for greater vitality and health.

If you want to lose weight fast. Simply switch from simple to complex carbohydrates and eat lots of vegetables. You’ll loss weight and improve your health.  No one gets fat in a diet that’s made up largely of green vegetables, sweet vegetables, whole grains and small amounts of high quality animal products. When people make that connection that healthy, whole foods really make you feel better, the weight becomes a secondary issue.
