Lu’s Truffles

Ingredients
1 Cup raw walnuts
1 cup raw almonds
¾ cups raw cacao powder
1 cup mojo dates, pitted and firmly packed
½ cup Agave Nectar
½ Cup shredded coconut

Directions:
1-     Pulse walnuts and almonds in food processor, until nuts are finely ground.
2-     Add dates and cacao. Process until mixture begins to stick together.
3-     Pour dough into a bowl add agave nectar and stir with fork.
4-     Once its all blended, form 1 inch balls and roll over coconut. This recipe makes about 20.

5-     Refrigerate and enjoy.
