how to make kids eat more veggies?


This is something we all straggle with. As a mom I love my kids and as a health coach I will love for my kids to eat more greens. How can we get them to eat more, here are some tips I used to get my babies to eat more greens;
1-     They are involve in gardening and caring for our plants. If you don’t garden, no problem! Take them shopping with you and make them investigate. Tell them that, you are going to play a game of detectives. Have them pick 5 different vegetables.
2-     Kids love to help and a lot of the times they can’t. Well washing vegetables is easy. Have them encompass in cleaning them and peeling them.
3-     Chopped them up in tiny bite sizes, remember the small hands that are going to be getting into this healthy vegetable.
4-     Make it fun to eat them, cook them however you want salte with olive oil or steam them up, roasted, grill them.
5-     Place vegetables into 5 different dishes. Have the 5 vegetables in front of them and have them try 1 at the time. Add some salt of other spices to them to give them more flavor or even better, your kids add flavor.

My son will eat them plan, but my daughter puts ketchup on her cauliflower and broccoli, where ever works, if they eat them!
